"The hotel is smart and the staff very friendly and welcoming. It's location is brilliant and my room on the 4th floor was lovely, as I was given a sea view. Even though I will definitely stay here again, the pillows (all four) were very lumpy. I hope the hotel will invest in some new pillows before my next stay as I found it difficult to sleep on them. Putting this aside, my stay was great value for money, the hotel new and clean, my room warm and nicely decorated with a good shower and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection at breakfast. "We arrived very late, but still the service was friendly, fast and efficient. Plenty of parking and the area was very quiet, it felt safe leaving a car there. Breakfast was good and well staffed. Plenty of choice, all fresh. Nice and clean dining area. It wasn't far to the Channel Tunnel either, so overall quite convenient. We'll certainly be back."
