"Lovely hotel and a prime location. Staff were friendly and the lowest price room was great! All in all, we had a nice stay but there just need to be a few tweaks to guest comfort to warrant the 4* in my opinion. The spa is a bit misleading, you don’t really need to book a time slot as the booking is only for the use of a relaxer chair. Also, they didn’t provide slippers in the room - we were sent back to the room from the spa ( different building across the public footpath) to get changed into...

"Lovely hotel in a great location on the shores of Lake Garda. We had a comfortable two-night stay here with our toddler, and enjoyed the location and excellent breakfast. The bar is especially excellent at this hotel - not only is the range of drinks huge and varied (there's even a range of local beers, not just Heineken), but it's very reasonably priced. Limited options for families/children and waiting staff stuck us in the opposite corner of the restaurant and made clear their displeasure at our attendance close to closing time. "
