"The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. "The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. "Note this really is a hotel for families with kids. Everything revolves around that. When we arrived there was loud music in the courtyard, a side room with dad's staring at a tv screen showing the football, and pictures online of a buffet dinner was enough to convince us we had picked the wrong place."

"The hotel is located in a quiet but beautiful town - not full of international tourists, so you feel that you get a taste of the real Catalonia. "The hotel is gorgeous, and the pool and spa are incredible. It was so cozy and relaxing that it ended up reducing how much exploring out side of the hotel we did during our stay. The restaurant in the hotel is also phenomenal and very affordable for the high quality "

"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. We even found a bag from previous guests). The room was an OK size, but the heater did not work well either. We even switched to cold air, but the temperature was the same. The pool is pretty old, smells bad (too much chlorine), and makes you feel odd. Not good for relaxing. I would qualify it as a 2 stars hotel, maximum 3 stars. No way this is a 4 stars hotel. And for sure, I am not coming back."
