"Atmosphere, location, cleanliness, beds and staff were a perfect 10. Staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to give us tourists helpful information to get the most out of Ibiza. Would definitely return to this hotel. Cristina and Laura @ front desk were great. The food was great also. "

"Check in was very easy. Reception staff very good. We didn’t need our room cleaned every day but when we spoke to house staff they would clean our room. A bonus having a fridge in room. Restaurant staff are work very hard & quick to clear plates away. Bar staff work very hard. It’s a shame people don’t return their plastic glasses to bar. Tables could be wiped down more often. Well done to Javi & all bar staff. We have stayed at the hotel before & will hopefully be coming back next year. Thank you."

"Really great hotel, lovely location and had all the facilities and extras we wanted as a family with young baby The beach with private access was good. Pools were clean and easy. Restaurant and waiting staff were really good Location was an easy taxi or bus from the airport, and the local area of Figuertas was perfect - not too busy but lively enough to enjoy"

"We liked the wide choice of food which was decent enough, but the sausages have an odd strong flavour. It would be good to better display what the food theme night is, and what it will be for your week ahead. We had a good experience with checking in, a little earlier but thankfully the room was ready. We stayed in a family block, block 11 right by the pool and shop which was really convenient. The room was clean, cool and beds were super comfortable. Rain shower was also lovely. Sunbeds fill up quite quickly in mid summer which is a shame. And pool rules like no inflatables or no diving are not enforced. Good if you like to fool around, but not so good for a relaxing pool experience. You can get beach towels from reception. Sunbeds are good condition. Little cats roam around outside which was lovely. Mini golf was good with sticks available at reception, the last few holes are tough! The staff we encountered were all friendly and spoke English. The music at the evening was pretty samey. Not much variety and caters for Dutch crowd but it's still and enjoyable and busy bar area in the evening. It could be better if the bar listed what drinks were included in the all inclusive options. Menus help. "
