"A lovely traditional Italian hotel. We booked an executive room and were a bit surprised not to have a view and to find that the bathroom had no shower but spa bath. The room was small and dark and traditionally furnished but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was effective. Hotel staff were charming and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. "Overall good service, except for unexpectedly closed restaurant inside the hotel (had planned dinner before a theatrical performance, but had to skip it). Two suggestions: 1- move breakfast hours half hour forward: start it half hour later and serve it until 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am 2- when giving out a room at check-in , if you assign to the guest a special needs room for guests with handicaps (but your guest had not asked for one), it would be good to inform that guest about it (at times...

"Come da titolo l' hotel è veramente bella nella sua struttura, le stanze con i muri in pietra veramente belle, la spa accessoriatissima e bella, ma per il resto non vael 2 soldi. Un hotel classificato 4 stelle non può ofrire una colazione con soli cornetti (contati) comprati al bar difronte, e serviti nel cartoccio dello stesso bar.
