"Overall good service, except for unexpectedly closed restaurant inside the hotel (had planned dinner before a theatrical performance, but had to skip it). Two suggestions: 1- move breakfast hours half hour forward: start it half hour later and serve it until 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am 2- when giving out a room at check-in , if you assign to the guest a special needs room for guests with handicaps (but your guest had not asked for one), it would be good to inform that guest about it (at times...

Un hotel classificato 4 stelle non può ofrire una colazione con soli cornetti (contati) comprati al bar difronte, e serviti nel cartoccio dello stesso bar.
