"Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there. "This is a great place to stay. Amazing setting in the foothills. Swimming pool is off the charts. We were just passing through but I can imagine this being an excellent venue for a wedding or similar occasions. Can't rate the location and staff highly enough."
