"The hotel and location is very nice as well the staff. Checking went smooth and room availability a few minutes before noon. The room is spacious and cleaned. I believe the hotel needs to improve the bed mattress and provide more than only two pillows. The bed linen was not fresh and looks dirty. Need to provide bed linen that look pleasant. Stayed 1 night and didn’t bother to request more pillows. "

"O lugar é de uma paz, no meio das montanhas. Recomendo pra quem quer se desligar. Mesmo assim bem pertinho da cidade e dos pontos turísticos. Recepção do Carlos e de sua esposa foram o diferencial. Café da manhã maravilhoso tb. Recomendo e com ctz voltarei. "
