"The people on reception were lovely and the art and tapestries were beautiful. We had a big room with a spacious bathroom and a magnificent view of the port with bathrobes and toiletries supplied. I did feel that I would have liked a proper balcony rather than a Juliet one (thought I had booked one, my fault). The second floor was noisy at night as the port area is lively and full of fun. However, there are a few areas for improvement, such as upgrading to a smart TV, adding fans to the bathroom and providing coffee pods in the rooms.
