"Beautiful hotel so close to the Charles Bridge! Easy to get to from the train station using the cities trams. Location to old town is right around the corner too. The room was huge, the beds comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was in a beautiful room and had so much variety. Highly recommend this hotel."

Bad bits: There was no shower gel and no hand soap in the room and no shower curtain over the bath Guidance from staff was sketchy for the wellness and for directions to city centre. Nobody explained how the sauna world...
