"An absolutely beautiful hotel close to the centre of town. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The room was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Parking was very inexpensive and very convenient. A great place overall!"

However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise. "

"Hotel is a short walk from the train station & within the wall. Staff was amazing! So personable & helpful! Bathrobe & slippers were a plus. Room was incredibly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. So reasonably priced. Only stayed for one night. Wish it was for more! Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Hotel delizioso, comodo all’uscita dell’autostrada e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera moderna, silenziosa e molto pulita. Bagno grande e moderno"

"Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety....

"Beautiful 15th century villa , with manicured grounds . Restaurant was excellent, but rather expensive . Bfst was excellent. 4 km out of Lucca on Busy highway , so couldnt walk into town . Partially offset by a bus route appropriately 600 meters from property. Enjoyed walks in the countryside. Loved our stay overall !!"
