Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not...

"I arrived on a Monday but was disappointed to learn the restaurant was shut. Had to drive back into Düren for food. Germany doesn't seem to like Mondays! Hotel is good, if not slightly tired, but very clean and I slept well. My Monday evening disappointment was short lived following a very welcoming and wonderful breakfast. Very nice staff."

"Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."
