The service was impeccable and without question the room was one of the better ones we've stayed in, very nicely appointed with a very comfortable bathroom, the Nexpresso machine gave it a nice touch. "Stayed two nights with family. Everything was clean and we had tea coffee in the room. The only strange thing was that the toilet was separate to the shower and sink so you had to go to the toilet then come out and wash your hands in the shower room. I don't know how this arrangement would suit anyone, are they expecting people not to wash their hands after using the toilet? Didn't expect this from novotel but otherwise we had an amazing stay. There's ample parking on site, you do have to pay...
