"Harbourview house is an amazing hotel. Not only are the rooms really large, comfy and have all the amenities you could need (including yummy cookies) but their customer service is incredible. We locked ourselves out of our room after the wedding we were attending and Katya not only responded to our contact but resolved the issue quickly and easily. Warmly greeted on arrival by Corinne (and a couple of rascally Furkids), we were shown the premises and given a choice of rooms with a theme. We took "Africa" and were not disappointed.
