"Not as good as it used to be. Lots of cut backs. Cheap toilet rolls. Only 2 tea bags. No biscuits. 2 coffee 2 sugars. And 2 stir stick. No teaspoons anymore. Qaulity of breakfast not as it used to be. Cheaper products everywhere. No granola. Muesli, cheap cornflakes or cheap cocopops. Yogurt watery. Fruit hard. Bread was nice. Nice butter. Hp sauce a bonus. Coffee machine did a tasty latte and cappuccinos. Staff always friendly. "

We had to ask reception to increase the heating as we were unable to adjust within the room. Need to do a bit more work with housekeeping, dropped a ring on the floor and had to move th bed, which highlighted that the space underneath hadnt been cleaned in a while. The room is spacious and beds comfortable. ...
