"Nice hotel, spacious and comfortable room. There is a tram stop, close to the hotel, and two of the trams stopping there (No5 and No15) are going to the city centre. The hotel personnel could be a bit friendlier, and the breakfast buffet - better. Most of the "hot dishes" were not hot at all, and on some days the variety was definitely lesser."

"Nice and quiet hotel close to city center and with many options of transportation. The room was spacious, comforfable, well designed and had a great view (5th floor room). One little thorn is the Breakfast which isn't very diversified, food was just OK. "

"For a 4 star hotel not to be able to serve dinner and the carpet floor look like there been a teenage party for weeks. Little security and room safe inop. Towls falling apart due to use and taxi did not show up twice. "
