"I had 3 pieces of luggage and am disabled. I don't use a wheelchair. Friends came with me and took my luggage to the entance of the hotel, a significant walk, maybe 30 yards or more? There are thick short cement posts that can drop down but that must be prearranged. I imagine that they are for security. I've never encountered that prior and am grateful that my friends were there to assist me."

However, they could’ve done with a couple of extra staff at key times (breakfast and dinner) Room was clean, bed was comfy but no drawers for clothing All in all a great weekend and would definitely stay at Mama Shelter again "

"We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were so friendly and even helped my husband screw wheels back onto his broken suitcase! Our family room was massive and very well equipped and comfortable. The location was also great - within easy walking distance to the train station and into the main shopping area. Highly recommend!"
