"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "

"The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. We stayed in one of the south-facing rooms (last minute booking) in the older part of the hotel, the rooms was comfortably furnished and a good size. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam trots begränsad kommunikationsförmåga då vi inte pratar tyska och deras engelska var begränsad. Bra parkering och möjligt att ladda elbil. "Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. "An immaculate hotel with wonderful attentive staff. The rooms are well designed with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best I have encountered, a massive buffet selection in a beautiful room overlooking the city. I love the roof pool and spa area to relax in. There is also another pool indoors with a sauna and spa facilities. An underground car park topped off my stay. "
