"convenient location of the hotel. across the road is the beautiful Cleopatra Beach. There are many shops and bars nearby. the hotel is big. the internal area is not big enough for such a hotel. food at the level of a three star hotel. there were days when there was a special dish on the menu. but in principle, the hotel is three stars. The reception staff is not friendly. no desire to go back again."

"This is 4 stars hotel but the food is not great there’s no much choices to choose I would not recommended to families with children this hotel is mostly for single or couples I stay here for 3 nights but the housekeeper did not show up at all no putting any extra toilet paper or changing the towel bit disappointed "

"Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant. We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold. Pools and beach area great, evening does very good and some sports including gym."

"We went this hotel for because of its reviews for previous customers. When we enter the hotel very dirty and smelly carpet on the floor is give me ideas of where we came. Hotel is very dirty and outdated, restaurant is specially smells damp and outdated food. Very old and dirty carpets everywhere also very old and smelly couch on reception ans sitting area. Hotel is under staff, because of this used glasses and plates are on the tables for hours. No one seems care about it. Pool area is...
