I spent $30 on cell phone add ons trying to contact someone while traveling. I was told to call back, I'd call and they'd make me call back again. A simple, that's an automatic reply would...

"The property is not even close to the images. The area looks not nice, not lifted. They left us instructions and poorly written map, which was difficult to understand. The air condition in the room is super smelly, i har an allergy after spending the night at this place. No restaurant working, nothing. "
