"When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). She seemed to take an immediate dislike to us and mostly ignored us/visibly made other staff members deal with us during our stay, was basically very rude. "Very nice traditional hotel with superb views over Bitti and the mountains. Restaurant good quality and only real restaurant in Bitti (walking distance). Bitti itself is a pleasant, but unremarkable village with lots of interesting and steep back streets. Good stop over for a few days if exploring Sardinia "

"We stayed there for two nights on our 5 day trip to Sardinya . Half way drive from Cala Gonone to Su Nuraxi place we want to visit. After we came back from Su Nuraxi we enjoyed around Hotel . There is very nice lake short walk from hotel . My wife enjoyed sun bedding and I jumped in for a swim . Also nice to walk around. Hotel stuff very nice , food and drinks not expensive. Diner for two with alcohol drinks around 45-50 Euro. Wine or beer 3 Euro."
