"The hotel is beautiful and located in a great area. However, our room did not have any hot water in the bathroom, so all of our showers were freezing cold. We also found garbage in our room upon our arrival. In addition, some members of the staff were not very friendly during our stay."

"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "
