"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. "We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will definitely stay there again. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had our bikes with us and there is a safe space to store and set up the bikes. Also, the Kellar steakhouse underneath is a massive bonus!"

"A wonderful hotel in typical Alpine style, nicely sized rooms, great service and attentiveness from the staff, and phenomenal breakfast with some of the typical products from Valtellina.
