"Second time we have stayed here. The location is excellent. The outside space and grounds are beautiful The staff we met were lovely, very pleasant. The breakfast room is huge and we enjoyed the breakfast too Negatives: it’s extremely dated and in some places it is actually shabby. "Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways , ah well, for me I’d never go back "

"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "
