"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. "The hotel is located at a very magical and beautiful place. If you like nature, quiet and tranquil, this is the place to go! The staff could not possibly be more helpful and attentive. Exceeded all expectation. Been in many hotels, but this one rates far the highest in hospitality. Very child and family friendly. Thank you for making our stay special. "
