"Not only you have to pay for parking. But also rooms are so small, we had trouble opening both of ours carry on bags in the same time. You could barely open the balcony window because bed was blocking half of it. And there is no air conditioning. Room was super hot, no screens in the windows. If you try to open windows for an airflow, you are getting all the bugs and mosquitoes inside…. Big disappointment for a 4star hotel."

Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. "Front desk was very nice and welcoming at check-in. Room has a great view, but no air conditioning as advertised. They provided us a fan which was a perfect solution. "

We wished we would have stayed longer. One suggestion is we would have loved some sort of coffee maker, but there are lots of great restaurants nearby. "

"I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. "
