"Check in was not very welcoming. A lot of little broken things in the room ex. Broken trash can in the bathroom. The room was very smelly. No iron in the room. There an iron room on the 1st floor but it was very dirty. Breakfasts are far from enjoyable."

"It was right at the edge of town so just a few minutes to the hiking trails and the national park. It's also only a few minutes to a bus stop to get you into town. "

The room looks nice, 3rd floor but no lift so with heavy cases this would be a struggle for some people. The curtain at the bedroom window did not open. Only one very soft pillow each on the bed. Offered no support. One chair in room, could do with another one as nowhere to sit. Ended up sitting on the floor at times. Had to ask for a...

"Not only you have to pay for parking. But also rooms are so small, we had trouble opening both of ours carry on bags in the same time. You could barely open the balcony window because bed was blocking half of it. And there is no air conditioning. Room was super hot, no screens in the windows. If you try to open windows for an airflow, you are getting all the bugs and mosquitoes inside…. Big disappointment for a 4star hotel."
