"We stayed for 4 nights. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were the restaurant staff, despite the language barrier with very few staff members speaking English. Food in the restaurant was excellent. There is a small amount of free parking on site and the pool facilities are good. The only downside was the pillows in our bed, we both struggled to sleep for 3 nights. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not, and we are both usually not fussy! But all in all it was a nice...

The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. "We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

The grocery store on the first level was quite convenient. Having your own parking spot in the underground garage was a plus. You are in a short walking distance to two lifts."
