"What a lovely spa/hotel and surrounding countryside! The staff is kind and accommodating. And the pools are wonderful. My wife and I started off at Hotel Rosa apartments and opted to transfer to Hotel Sotelia with the adult pool complex. It was a good choice. "Comfort was NO AC as advertised and bed comforter was wrong size for bed.Asked to have AC turned on or a portable fan and owner said NO to both .We even offered to pay for a portable fan if they got one .Still NO .Dirty under furniture and lots of fluff under big dresser.
