"I stayed 4 nights and it was lovely. Most staff were very kind and friendly except one. I'm a Gold Expedia member but didn't receive my upgrade at check in. The staff who checked me in was rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. I didn't get his name but he was of a chubby and feminine appearance. He acted like he was the Queen of the hotel.
