"The property was nice, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star. For some reason the first day after we arrived, they didn't clean the room. After we requested for them to clean the room the day after that, they just made the bed, and changed the towels. However, they didn't replenish the soap, nor the toilet paper, nor did they clean the toilet. The property has a lot of potential, but the staff really needs to get their act together. "

Ostermundigen train station is literally on your doorstep, so getting around was quick and easy. The Harry's Home Bern-Expo also provide a great incentive providing free local transport for zones 100 and 101 to use bus, train or tram via 'Bern Welcome' app when you check-in. "We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was good. The access to the Aqua Park is a highlight. It's next to a mall so quite convenient if you want to do some shopping. Also not far for the city center, easily accessible by tram."

Restaurant menu was limited and a bit pricey but food was excellent quality and beautifully presented. Soa facilities good but would have been helpful to be told we had to collect towels from reception in advance of heading down to use it. Staff very helpful. "
