"The hotel states 5 star status…Definitely not a 5 star. The wait at the front desk even to reset our keys is upward of 15 minutes. The breakfast food while good is served completely cold. Ran out of toilet paper and today on our departure day our room had no hotwater. The AC is extremely loud. Staff is nice. Hotel can do better. "
