"Overall the property is excellent, as are the staff. I did however feel that there was a 2-tier system, with my room, # 128 being in an 'old' wing. The room itself did not seem to belong with the rest of the hotel and did not convey a sense of 'luxury' in size or other attributes. It was directly above a party/ball room with thunderous noise at night. The window did not close securely and was next to a road, with horns from traffic. The small hot water heater allowed for about 4 minutes of hot...

"Great place for our short stay in Albania. Wish we had time to go into town for dinner. Hotel restaurant was adequate, but not the dining experience we had hoped for. The hotel offers lots of wellness opportunities. We took advantage of the massages by two excellent practitioners. The physio massage was just what I needed and my wife enjoyed a custom massage as well. Swimming pool area was overrun by children. Appears this is a popular weekend destination for families. "

"Very clean and a lovely aesthetic, staff was lovely and very welcoming. The hotel was also a very easy walking distance to the city centre. The spa was also amazing and the rooms where exceptional. The only thing I would say is more of an option for the breakfast buffet would be nice but there is a lot of nice cafes around."

"Fantastic hotel great stay. We loved it!! Staff very accommodating and managed to get us as a family into one room rather than having 2 separate rooms. Room was lovely and had all amenities in the room. The indoor pool was lovely. The water was very warm and the kids loved it. Lovely stay thank you! "

"When we arrived we were advised that the hotel was fully booked. They offered us a space in a hotel around the corner which was fine but not what we had booked. Stayed one night, was clean and quiet and good location"

"Great location, over restaurants & across from a shop. The appartments are not the appartments in the first photos shown when you see the details for the property, but further down the road. The swimming pool & gym is an extra charge with a limit of 4 hours. Jorida in reception is super friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants & shops."

"Simple, price was right. Too many weird classic pictures of women everywhere, but the rest of the stay was excellent. Nice room with balcony, good bed. Great location on the road out of town. Nice hills nearby. "

"We had a very pleasant stay . Staff were very polite and friendly. Hotel location was brilliant near shops, restaurants bars,atms etc . Easy walking distance to most of the sites. Car parking was just a minute or so walk. Breakfast was excellent. A great place to say we are grateful.🙏 "
