"Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very varied. Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel. Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine. Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights. Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building. Hotel in a good location for town, beach and tram"

The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, breakfast was a wonderful spread and the location cannot be beat. And that's not even mentioning the absolutely beautiful room with a large bath that was very welcome after the trek out to Poperinge!"

We were shown a smelly, small dark room (which we declined) We were going to stay at first having booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. (As confirmed on the booking documentation) when arriving they said it would be another £50 per child and there had been a system mistake… I don’t...
