"A very nice hotel that is close to both the train station and old town/city center Luxembourg. There was some noise from road works outside the hotel, but that’s not the hotel’s fault at all. The area around the hotel is not as nice as city center, but I certainly felt safe while I was there, and the location is still extremely walkable. I would stay here again if I return to Luxembourg. "

I had booked a room with two singles and the receptionist was a bit rude (or maybe just German blunt) and said our room was two single beds pushed together, which is very common in Germany. It was okay, but not the room I purposely paid more for. The heating was so hot we were sweating and the only option to turn it off and have the window open was loud. "After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"

App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards.
