"The staff were really welcoming and friendly, made it easy to check in. The room was absolutely perfect, air con was a life saver! The pool and terrace is exactly what you could ask for. "We stayed at this hotel and we didn’t like it at all. The staff at the reception and other areas like cleaning crew and servers/ waitresses are nasty and rude. They treat you like you don’t belong there; very unwelcoming. The breakfast buffet wasn’t the greatest. Avoid this place and look for another hotel where you feel welcome. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

"Fabulous hotel, modern, clean, bright. We took half board; a good variety of choices on the whole, though the chips were always soggy, never crispy. Annoyingly the WC in the room was not a separate, fully-enclosed cubicle so smells could permeate.... And you had to pay to enter the spa to use the jacuzzi or sauna, so we never went. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the old town, shops, bars, restaurants. Unfortunately the adjacent hotel had an entertainment room which seemed...
