"Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either. "We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. "Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options.
