"Our terrace room was beautiful, bright, and quiet. The staff members were always kind, helpful, and professional. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the bus and train station, Hawkswell Theatre, pubs and restaurants, and shopping. We also enjoyed our daily breakfast at the hotel. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Sligo."

"We checked in for a one-night stay & had an interesting night. The convention rooms are large and well-connected to the hotel, and we were lucky enough to come while the Sligo Tattoo convention was on, so we both got tattooed while we stayed! Our check-in and other interactions with the front desk staff were good, but I wouldn't say they overextended themselves to be helpful. Perhaps it was simply due to the hotel being quite busy over the weekend. Adding an ATM machine in the lobby or...

Two issues the swimming was freezing given the weather at this time of year in the west of Ireland it would be good to have the pool warmer as the kids wanted out after 20-30mins due to it being to cold. The other the staff in hotel were lovely and very accommodating however they were very young and food service was at times slow. For breakfast in the morning it took a long time to refill the food items."
