"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dakota. The hotel is a very short and easy walk from the train station, so it was easy to get around. There are many nice walking trails in the city, and the train ride to Lake Brienz is very short and convenient. "Our first impression of this hotel was not so good... a hotel built in the 1990s with a somewhat strange layout and in need of modernization. It’s definitely not a 4-* hotel. However, first impressions can be wrong. The spa in a separate building was quite amazing and the best after a day of skiing or hiking.
