"The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of disabled parking. The lady receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We had booked an accessible room as my husband is disabled, but it really was not suitable. The bathroom/wetroom had a wide door but there was only one handrail in the room next to the toilet.
