Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it. Multi gendered change room for pools does not work - needs separate change rooms for privacy. Good Breakfast Staff tried their best to help us with the AC issue, but it was a building system issue that they could not fix. Chairs available on pool deck at hotel or sub lounging. Property, for the price is not worth it. "
