"Stayed as a family in a suite. The room was fabulous and a great size… we did pay for a 2 bed suite and part of it was locked but the staff were great and able to go unlock the 2nd room for us (this was the one with the kitchenette and sofa / dining table). There were two things that brought the rating down from 'excellent' to 'good' -- one of the beds was on its last legs and there was no shower.
