"Really nice staff, super friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 11 which met all our needs. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows super comfortable. The location was excellent and close to one of the two escalator systems to bring you up and down from the top of the town. I didn’t research ahead of time but walked from the train station with bags through the beautiful bridge and gate. That was a good workout so recommend the escalator.
