"Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property. Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you."

"The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open. "We really enjoyed our stay at Baba Hua Hin. The room overlooking the sea was just beautiful and even had a private pool. It was pretty tranquil with squirrels, birds and butterflies around. The hotel and territory were clean and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and ready to accommodate. The wi-fi connection was fast. The only drawback for me was the breakfast. "Great motel for relaxing rooms are good size and spacious very comfortable As for things to do there is not much the beach well there is no beach just a break wall you have to wait until 530am to walk on the sand There no beach bar or pool bar and the drinks are expensive for a beer or wine So if you want to sit by the pool and relax this is the place If you like other activities than look around at other motels "

"The staff were friendly and dealt with issues. Room and pool were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold. "

Comfortable stay, great location for national park

"Very much enjoyed our stay. We were in the area doing a tour of the national park. The deluxe jacuzzi room was spacious and comfortable although the jacuzzi didn’t have very hot water. Meals at Nabi Cafe were excellent and inexpensive. Be warned though, they’re very spicy. English isn’t very widely spoken so google translate came in really handy. The staff were mostly very attentive although on one night service was very slow. The hotel was very busy on Saturday night and the deserted Sunday and Monday night. "
