"Beautiful and exceptionally clean property. Everything is thoughtfully decorated and the breakfast is amazing. Most exceptional was staff. The lady at reception organised us a whole morning of activities with a personal tuk tuk and when we returned our taxi to Bangkok was already waiting. She went above and beyond and we will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone"

"The staff were friendly and dealt with issues. Room and pool were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold. "
