"Spacious rooms and courteous service throughout. Check-in could have been better as cards did not work in the lift resulting in another 25min wait, which made me late for a meeting. Digital key on the app also didn't work. Breakfast was good but tepid coffee wasn't great. Overall good, just need to sharpen up on above points."

"Great location right by the quay which is a 10/15 min walk to the titanic museum and a 5 min walk away from the cathedral quarter. Room it self was quite bare and had a few marks on the wall in the living room area. Missing the odd light bulb here and there in spot lights and lamps etc. "

"All the staff i encountered within the hotel were friendly, efficient and professional,the bar and restaurant are an oasis from the airport which is literally a stone throw away.I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and it has never disappointed, it is a little expensive, however you definitely get value for your money, i would recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you have an early flight."

"Despite a rather indifferent start( our room wasn't ready at 3:15 for check-in ) this turned out to be a memorable stay. Our room on the 8th floor was tastefully furnished with excellent decor. Two comfortable lounge chairs and a fine size TV. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Bathroom again beautifully fitted with high quality toiletries supplied. A small crib might be the tea/ coffee tray which only had two small biscuits. Only one carton of water was supplied for a double occupancy...

"Such a wonderful stay here with easy, accessible parking. The staff were friendly and we were able to have plenty gluten free menu options. We also enjoyed the onsite spa (pre booked) which had the best sauna I’ve been in in a long time; WITH ocean views! Highly recommend staying here!"
