"Stayed as a family in a suite. The room was fabulous and a great size… we did pay for a 2 bed suite and part of it was locked but the staff were great and able to go unlock the 2nd room for us (this was the one with the kitchenette and sofa / dining table). The hotel is lovely and well staffed. Room was very clean and does show some wear but no major issues. "There's a lot to recommend this property -- great views, great location, good communication and easy access (finding the key and so on). There were two things that brought the rating down from 'excellent' to 'good' -- one of the beds was on its last legs and there was no shower. The bed was very squeaky, and upon inspection we found that the frame was split in several places.
