"I found The Glasshouse to be overall a good hotel. It is centrally located, which is probably why it's a bit pricey! €297 for a twin room in March?! I was visiting with a friend, and we got a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the river. We had great cocktails in the upstairs bar, and the breakfast was excellent. There were two things that brought the rating down from 'excellent' to 'good' -- one of the beds was on its last legs and there was no shower. The bed was very squeaky, and upon inspection we found that the frame was split in several places.
