"Good clean reasonably priced fairly new modern hotel with it’s own large secure car park. Comfy bed, good size shower/bathroom, tv & kettle, which is great. Some great artwork (by S.Binet) along the carpeted stairs/corridors, very nice touch. Breakfast was approx euro 11/Pers, which is a fair price, with plenty to choose from, they even supplied gluten free products for my coeliac wife, thank you!"

"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. ...

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Most of the staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice, but the hot food is not hot, the sausages, bacon, vegetables are all cold. We stay there 7 nights with 2 rooms. There was no shower gel in one of the room, they keep forgot it, I got my shower gel on the third day. "Mark and Gill were super hosts from start to finish. The facilities at the property were outstanding - fabulous heated swimming pool; well equipped games room; comfortable, spacious, well appointed accommodation; provision of bicycles and other sports equipment; large garden set in a peaceful, rural, location. Near to cycle path, tennis court and interesting towns. It was perfect for our family who all had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended "

"Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room...
