"Mostly a great place for an overnight stay. The only criticism is the efficiency of service in the restaurant needs to be vastly improved overall. After being given the bread shortly after being seated, which was lovely, we waited over an hour to be be served what we ordered and the whole of the evening meal took at least another hour. "Our stay at Basoan was amazing. It was a nice central location from which to take day trips into Bilbao or around the region. The hosts were very helpful and generous.
