"Beautiful peaceful location with excellent staff. Very small bedroom but numerous lounge areas which would make it very suitable for groups of family or friends. Paid for a mountain view but couldn't see them because trees obstructed the view. Guests should be aware that the property is about 15 kilometres before the town of Mantegias and is quite isolated. "Clean and modern hotel with a lovely spa (although we never got around to using it!). The restaurant food is excellent and very good value. The option is to choose starters and desserts (which included the nicest chocolate cake I've ever had in Portugal) from an unlimited buffet, with the main course from the delicious menu. "My wife and I stayed for two nights over Easter and had a wonderful relaxing time. The room was delightful and the hotel facilities were perfect. The breakfast was very nice with lots of variety. We had dinner in the dinning room and the food and service was good. Nice place to unwind for a couple of days. "
