"Really loved this space. It was very clean, incredibly convenient transit right outside the front door, safe, quiet, and had kind and knowledgeable staff. Only downsides were that it is a bit out of the main areas in Vienna, and when we arrived our space wasn’t available until 4pm (supposed to be ready at 3pm). The front desk staff was very kind and we received complimentary breakfast the next day due to this. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"we loved this property! only about 5-10min walk from Munich Hbf. there’s a tram station just across the street to take us easy to the city center. great walkable dining options around the area and the lobby is a 24hr cafe/bar. breakfast was just okay, we didn’t think it was worth the €20-something cost. they have tap water with glasses available in the lobby since Vienna water is very clean. the room could be a bit more cleaner. also we couldn’t figure out the heater (it was too hot in our room)...

"The lady at the reception was friendly, there was a problem finding a parking. If you need to book this hotel you need to know that there is no one at the reception between 11 pm and 6 am, also there was a problem with parking, because there is no enough parking spots at the property. So you have to think twice before booking this hotel. "
